MINDFULNESS  8  week Course

Mindfulness means fully living in the moment and knowing what you are doing as you are doing it, without judgement.
When practising Mindfulness we cultivate the ability to remain aware whilst we carry on with our daily lives.
Mindfulness helps you to stand back from those negative thoughts and not judge yourself as a bad or hopeless person.

After leading my first very successful 8 week course on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction I have great pleasure in offering you the chance to discover all the benefits of Mindfulness for yourself on my New 8 week course commencing Thursday 25th September between 7pm-9pm.
The cost is £20 per session (£160.00) payable in advance (paying in instalments is accepted)
The cost includes a course booklet for your home practice.
